Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, for food products such as our pizza, refunds or returns can only be granted if the food is not up to the quality standards we promise or in case of an incorrect order being delivered. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your order arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange the product for a new one. Please contact us immediately if your order does not arrive as expected, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.
Shipping
