'Crust & Craft Pizzeria's journey began with one ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi's in 1985, our pizzeria was once a modest local joint with a heritage of recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza-making craft while exploring Italy, gaining insights from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Having returned to the UK, she sought to offer the essence of classic Italian pizza, embracing traditional methods and select ingredients.
From our humble beginnings as a quaint 12-seater pizza shop, we have risen to be a cherished community staple. Yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices has remained steadfast. We continue to employ original wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily, and source premium quality components.
Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' persists as a family-owned venture, steered by the second-generation Rossis, guiding our devoted crew. While we have welcomed some modern touches, our essence persists: Creating irresistible, authentic pizza that unites everyone.
